Ever since the 1990’s and the first Victoria’s Secret runway shows at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, girls all around the world have only one dream – getting their wings. Victoria’s Secret Angels are known as the most beautiful and the sexiest women in the world, so an obvious question left pending concerns their beauty routines.

Gisele Bündchen

Gisele’s 100% natural line of skincare called Sejaa Skincare appears to be her fountain of youth. The Sejaa skincare line does not contain a sunscreen. This UN Environmental Ambassador sparked a controversy when claiming she does not wear sunscreen. In a recent Channel’s campaign, Gisele explains her make-up routine highlighting the fact that she prefers a less-is-more approach. “I’ve always felt better with less make-up, I just feel more like myself”, this supermodel revealed in the clip.

Gisele goes organic not only when it comes to beauty products, but when it comes to food, as well. “[Beauty] products are amazing but if you are putting things that are unhealthy inside your body it’s just masking stuff. I haven’t drank soda in 10 years”, the former Victoria’s Secret supermodel told the Associated Press. Allen Campbell, a Gisele’s and her husband Tom’s personal chef revealed that their diet consists of 80% of vegetables and 20% of meat.

The same applies to their kids. “My kids eat what I eat. The first [solid] food my son had was papaya and then avocado… he loves garlic because we eat a lot of garlic in our house. Even my little daughter, she will not eat anything unless there’s garlic”, Gisele told the Vogue UK two years ago.

During her Marie Claire interview in 2014, Gisele said she does not have a specific exercise. She loves every type of work-out, from Yoga and Kung Fu to volleyball and surfing down to horseback riding and Pilates. This Brazilian beauty even did Kung Fu up until two weeks before her son was born.

Candice Swanepoel

This South African supermodel described her daily routine for W Magazine: “cleanse, tone, moisturize, and then add an eye cream at night”. As Gisele, she also opts for all-natural skincare products, including organic coconut oil as a make-up remover and a face wash containing tea tree oil and green tea. Named a Max Factor’s Global Ambassador in 2015, Candice swears by a good illuminator, a sunscreen and rosewater as her toner when she is on the airplane.

As far as her diet is concerned, Candice shocked the world by posting an Instagram photo on which she is eating a pizza and drinking a beer. However, in reality, this former ballet dancer does maintain a balanced diet. “For me, I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle. If I eat something that’s not fresh, I feel it immediately, so I crave good food”, she disclosed for OK! Magazine

Candice works out three times a week. When she is travelling, she also exercises regularly at the hotel. Boxing, resistance training, Pilates and aerial yoga are her favourites. One way to get Candice’s body is definitely yoga. Take up a yoga teacher training, learn this ancient practice, be fit and become inspiration not only to yourself but to others, too.

Miranda Kerr

Another Victoria’s Secret Angel having her own skincare line is Miranda Kerr. As she reminisces about her childhood and how her grandmother would give her noni juice from a Tahitian fruit and Aloe Vera to put on her skin, she is proud to have launched Kora Organics. The integral part of her morning routine is dry brushing before she takes a shower. She also washes her hair in the evening in order to dry it naturally. Maintaining hydration of her skin is imperative to her daily routine, so she always has a spray in her purse.

Another morning ritual of this certified health practitioner is drinking warm water and the juice of half a lemon. Cold pressed soups, soaked nuts and smoothies are the core of her diet. She does not eat sugar, nor wheat. “I’ve learnt that if you feed your body with the right nutrients then you feel your best and you can be your best“, the Australian model told body+soul.

Yoga, meditation and regular exercise are her favourites. She especially loves Hatha and Kundalini yoga. She disclosed in the body+soul interview: “Even if I just find 10 minutes to do a few sun salutations that helps me to re-energise and stay balanced”. Mixing up walking, running, Pilates and resistance training is a secret to her killer body.

The beauty secret of these three supermodels seems to be no secret at all. They can thank regular exercise, nutrient-dense foods and organic cosmetics for her natural beauty and glowing health. Finally, Gisele, Candice and Miranda prove that looking beautiful is as important as feeling beautiful.
